For change-of-mind returns, in-store purchases go back to the store of purchase within 30 days for an exchange or credit note; contact info@peterjacksons.com if you cannot return there. Online purchases can be exchanged or credited at Peter Jackson Bendigo or any Peter Jackson store within 30 days of purchase, or returned to Head Office under the returns policy. Items must be in original condition with tags and proof of purchase. Refunds are handled by Head Office, not stores. Altered garments are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
