No. Come in to Peter Jackson Chadstone any time during opening hours to shop, try on and get styling advice.

For Made to Measure, book an appointment online to secure time with a specialist. If this store offers it, you will see Made to Measure under Services on this page.

Go to our booking page and choose Change or cancel a booking. If you booked online, your confirmation email also has a link to change or cancel.

Online changes close 12 hours before your appointment. After that, or if you booked another way or need a hand, call the store your appointment is with: its phone number is in your confirmation email.

As a guide, alterations to a ready-to-wear suit typically take about one week. Stores that offer alterations show Alterations under Services on this page. Our team at Peter Jackson Chadstone can confirm the timing for your garment: call (03) 9568 2940 or email chadstone@peterjacksons.com.

If you are buying a ready-to-wear suit for a wedding, we recommend visiting us at least six weeks before the day, so there is time for fittings and any alterations.

Our team at Peter Jackson Chadstone can tell you whether there is a charge for the alterations you need: call (03) 9568 2940 or email chadstone@peterjacksons.com.

Please note that under our returns policy, a garment that has been altered is not eligible for an exchange, refund or credit note. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See Returns & Refunds.

If you bought your item in a Peter Jackson store, you have 30 days to return it to the store of purchase, in original condition with all tags attached and with your proof of purchase. For a change of mind we can offer a credit note or an exchange for an equivalent item; our stores are not authorised to process refunds, and altered garments are not eligible.

Online orders are different: they must be sent back to our Head Office within 30 days of purchase, as set out in our returns policy. Click & Collect orders can also be exchanged at the store when you collect them, subject to availability. If your item is faulty or Made to Measure, or you are not sure which applies, call (03) 9568 2940 or email chadstone@peterjacksons.com; this policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

For a return on a Made to Measure order, please speak with our team: call (03) 9568 2940 or email chadstone@peterjacksons.com. Each garment is cut and constructed to your specifications, and at your final fitting in store we check the fine points and make any finishing tweaks.

If a garment has a fault, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Our Returns & Refunds page explains what happens with faulty items.
