If you bought your item in a Peter Jackson store, you have 30 days to return it to the store of purchase, in original condition with all tags attached and with your proof of purchase. For a change of mind we can offer a credit note or an exchange for an equivalent item; our stores are not authorised to process refunds, and altered garments are not eligible.

Online orders are different: they must be sent back to our Head Office within 30 days of purchase, as set out in our returns policy. Click & Collect orders can also be exchanged at the store when you collect them, subject to availability. Yes. Physical Peter Jackson gift cards are intended for in-store use, and digital gift cards bought from 12 November 2025 can be used in store too: simply show the gift card serial number or the original email.

If your digital gift card was bought before then, it needs to be activated for in-store use first, so please email info@peterjacksons.com. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash; see Payment Methods & Gift Cards for more.
