Online purchases can be exchanged or credited at Peter Jackson Elizabeth Street or any Peter Jackson store within 30 days of purchase, or returned to Head Office under the returns policy. Items must be in original condition with tags and proof of purchase. Refunds are handled by Head Office, not stores. Click & Collect exchanges are also available at collection, subject to stock. Altered garments are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
